Despite the changes that may occur in individuals with AD, they continue to be social beings in need of communicating. Client-centered care and the impact it has on enhancing communication for individuals withADis an emerging issue. In this article, strategies aimed at enhancing communication for clients in the early stage of AD will be explored.
